Just recently wide awake and enjoying this fantastic morning at Orust, along the archipelageo of the west coast. Got some days off this week which will be awesome. The weather and company cannot be any better as we today will start sailing south in this perfect weather. The water temp is 80 degrees and pretty rare for Sweden, so pretty good timing for some rest after an eventful week.
I took a part of the my clubs div. I National Club championship last week in Gothenburg and played 6 rounds in 4 days of mixed play like foursome, fourball bestball and single play. We all played great and I shot 66, 68 in the two single rounds which helped us to win and advance to the Swedish Team Championship next year (highest club level) which will be lots of fun.
Before last week I played in slovakia at an incredible Nicklaus designed course. I played great all four rounds, especially first three rounds shooting 69, 68, 69, 74. Could have putted better last round since I hit 15 greens but hey I learned some vital things that I will take with me. But seriously, slovakia is an interesting country in many ways so it was fun playing there and experience it.
