What can I say?! I am glad to be able to enjoy such a spectacular facility as Fancourt and its 3 courses. Actually the Presidents Cup was played here and Tiger Woods participated when the event was held at the Links Course of Fancourt. Supposedly The Links is within the Top 40's best ranked courses in the world, I guess we will see tomorrow when I play it with Jens Dantorp (the other swede in the field). All I can say is that I am looking forward to it :)
Today's weather was perfect, almost too good with its blue skies and temperature close to the 100 mark. I played the "easy" course called Oteniqua which was nice! I am amazed by the surroundings of the magestic mountains surrounding Fancourt and it almost feels like you are in Hawaii, very alike. Then the spectacular and exclusive villas scattered all over the course. Cannot really explain the whole experience. Just need to be here to take it sll in, its stunning.
While writing this its loud thunder and lightning outside and I can look back at a wonderful day and a good start of whats to come this week. The other two courses are supposed to be even better than the one I played today so I am just going to enjoy, play my game, and have fun this week.
