Writing from a Starbucks café in the The middle of the Helsinki downtown pulse. Its a cool town Helsinki and its special to have Bobby Todd by my side as well as on the bag this week too. Bobby is a dear friend of mine from college in the US and I am glad that he gets to experience Europe for a couple of weeks as he now have been in London, Sweden, Norway and Finland. He will for sure have lots to talk about when he gets back. I am playing the Challenge Tour event Vacon Open here in Finland this week and it really reminds me of being back home. Shot +2 today and ready for a low one tomorrow cause we will have fun out there.
Azerbaijan was an extraordinary place and we got a few memories that we will not forget. Like the first night in the city of Quba when they had double booked us at our hotel and were asked if we wanted chicken when a guy held a chopped one in his left hand. On the other hand, the event was great and Baku was awesome. Its fun to see new places. We dont know how lucky we really are compared to some people.
I played in Oslo, Norway last week where Bobby and I got to meet and stay with our friend Vilhelm in Oslo. Its one of my favourite towns in Scandinavia and I got to do a feature of me with the Challenge Tour camera crew at "Aker Brygge" which will be on TV 9th of Sept. You should watch it. Miklagard was a well maintained course and I played very solid last week from tee to green.
Ready to play some great golf in the remainding events and pumped that my putting is back on track. Lets have some fun.
